MTS-Roller is a durable, high-quality precision tool, utilizing 200 fine stainless steel needles to create ‘micro-channels’ in the epidermis. The barrel and handle are made from Lexan® polycarbonate resin, with a polished stainless steel axle. A patented manufacturing process holds the needles permanently in place to within either 0.2mm or 0.3mm from the roller base depending upon the model you choose. All MTS-Rollers have unique quality-control serial numbers and undergo gamma irradiation for sterility.
Properties
Epidermal needling triggers the regeneration of skin cells and stimulates collagen naturally. The gentle stimulus of epidermal rolling with precise micro-channels instigates the skin’s natural ability to heal itself, via the creation of new collagen and elastin tissue layers. There will be some mild redness, so most people prefer to roll at night and allow this to subside overnight.
Usage:

Pour Isopropyl Alcohol over the head of your MTS-Roller and then rinse with hot running water. Gently shake your MTS-Roller to dry and leave it in its protective case while you cleanse your skin. Do not seal the case.

Double cleanse your skin with a Dermaviduals cleanser and dry with a clean towel.

Mentally divide your face into sections, eg: forehead, nose, cheeks, mouth area and neck.

Apply the roller onto your skin with the same amount of gentle pressure on the skin throughout, holding it as you would a pen. Select an area and roll repeatedly, using short strokes, back and forth, as opposed to long, steady strokes. Be sure to lift the roller frequently or change direction to avoid the needles re-entering the skin with each stroke in the same place. Move onto the next section once a few short bursts have been completed back & forth – diagonally, up and down, and side to side.

The eye area requires slower, deliberate strokes to avoid accidental injury to the eye. Pull the skin below the eye down, so as to position it over the bone. A lighter style of rolling is recommended. Do not roll over your eyelids.

Do not apply any skincare or makeup to your skin until the next day. An epi nouvelle+ naturelle facial mask can be applied after you roll – it’s perfect to calm the inflammation!

After you have finished your home rolling, immediately pour Isopropyl Alcohol over the head of your MTS-Roller and rinse with hot running water. Gently shake your MTS-Roller dry and leave it in its protective case. Do not seal the case until your MTS-Roller is completely dry.

Properties

Properties

Intense renewal serum Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) stimulates the formation of filaggrins and inhibits collagenase.
Composition:
Liposomal dispersion of phosphatidylcholine (INCI: Lecithin) with pure epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). The fumaric acid containing active agent is adjusted at pH 4 - optimal for EGCG.
Properties
Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) modulates the protein kinase inhibitor p57, which controls the formation of keratins and filaggrins in the skin. In this way more filaggrins are formed, skin thickness is increased and skin aging is slowed. People with irritated, reddened and cracked skin often suffer from filaggrin deficiency. Collagenase inhibiting properties of EGCG are described in the literature too. Composition:
Liposomal, isotonic lotion with phosphatidylcholine, hyaluronic acid, vitamin A, vitamin E, D-panthenol and eyebright extract (Euphrasia Officinalis). The pH value of the dermaviduals® Lidlotion is adjusted to the level of the tear film.
Properties:
Phosphatidylcholine represents the main part of the phospholipids that occur in the natural lipid layer of the tear film. During application the liposomes can reach the tear film over the edge of the eyelid and keep it moist. Irritations caused by an insufficient tear film ("dry eye“) are reduced and a feeling of tightness around the eyes and the eyelids are decreased. The product was tested under dermatological and ophthalmological supervision. It is suitable for people with contact lenses and was labeled by dermatest® with the quality seal "excellent”.
Application:
The lotion is sparingly applied by means of the fingertip on the upper and lower eyelid, around the eyes and gently spread.

Clay mineral gel base for modular skin care Intensive skin care Composition: Kaolin dispersed in an aqueous gel base. Properties: The homogeneous green dispersion can easily be used for individual adjustments - preferably for care of face, neck and décolleté. Incorporated active agents are released to the skin effectively and continuously. Because of the aqueous gel base the mask shows a cooling activity. Independently from the added active agents the mask significantly increases the skin hydration during the treatment procedure. Therefore the mask is already effective without further additives Application: The product is ready for use; that means it has not to be mixed with water. Oleogel R contains vegetable oils, barrier protecting substances and azelaic acid, betulinic acid, Urea, frankincense extract, zinc salt and evening primrose oil on an ointment base free of water. The product penetrates very fast due to the content of natural phosphatidylcholine.
Properties:
Oleogel R is designed for care of sensitive facial skin. Often high dosages of lipids are wanted in this case. However the use of lipid-rich skin care products can be counterproductive - especially if anaerobic germs are present. Oleogel R possesses maximal lipid content without this disadvantage. Essential gamma linolenic acid, azelaic acid, boswellic acids and betulinic acid serve the supporting prevention of inflammatory skin reactions. Urea shows anti-itching effect, and zinc PCA additional antimicrobial activity. Already very small amounts of the product are sufficient at use, because Oleogel R is extremely economical in the care of impaired skin (three to fourfold efficacy of an emulsion).
Application:
Oleogel R is used and well spread preferably in the evening because of the content of essential fatty acids. In combination with fatty oils like avocado oil the product can be applied for massage purposes.

The micro-porous surface of dermaviduals®-teramic provides an excellent absorption of perspiration and sebum. On the other hand the particular combination of the powder base supports the moisture binding capacity of the skin. The specific composition of dermaviduals®-teramic also enhances the diffusion of the reflected light out of uneven spots like scars or wrinkles which leads to a visible smoothening and an even appearance of the skin. The application of dermaviduals®-teramic results in a so-called soft focus effect. The micro-relief of the skin will be improved considerably. Composition:
The active concentrate contains a combination of the following extracts: Malva Sylvestris, Mentha Piperita, Primula Veris, Alchemilla Vulgaris, Veronica Officinalis, Melissa Officinalis and Achillea Millefolium , which are encapsulated in liposomes.
Properties:
Most of the extracts inhibit tyrosinase and formation of melanin. Liposomal encapsulation increases the efficacy and enables low dosage. Therefore the active concentrate may be applied for long term use. According to a recent publication there is an additional effect by linoleic acid which is chemically bound to liposomes. Whitening concentrate should applied preventively. The result can be observed after several weeks. A combination with vitamin C liposome concentrate is recommended, because there is a synergistic effect. An additional treatment with CM-Glucan (photoprotective) and Butchers Broom (against skin redness) may be useful. Please consult your skin treatment professional with regard to pigmented spots to exclude formation of melanoms.

Composition:
Active agent complex of vitamin C and highly enriched phosphalidylcholine (PC) in aqueous liposomal dispersion.
Properties:
Liposomes stabilise vitamin C and transport into the skin. Vitamin C is specifically used for vitamin creams in combination with vitamins A and E. It increases the effects of the other vitamins and protects the skin against free radicals. The free Vitamin C is released by enzymes and supports the formation of collagen. The product is recommended to be used before and after laser treatments to prevent the formation of melanin spots.

Grape Seed Extract

Liposomal serum for the prevention of premature skin ageing. This extract is rich in bioflavenoids and phosphatidylcholine.
Composition:
Rich in bioflavenoids, the dry matter content of proanthocyanidin amounts to approximately 95%. The extract is gained from seeds and then encapsulated in liposomes. These liposomes are simultaneously used as carrier systems as well as a supplier of linoleic acid.
Properties:
The product acts as a strong anti-oxidant and protects the skin against free radicals. Additionally, the phoshatidylcholine contained in the liposomes provides cell protective and hence synergistic features. For corneotherapeutic treatments the liposomal extract may be combined with grape seed oil.

For intensive care of blemished and rosacea prone skin. This product is used for supporting prevention of cornification disorders on the sebaceous glands.
Composition:
The product contains highly enriched native phosphatidylcholine in a liposomal dispersion. The consistency regulator is the naturally occurring azelaic acid.
Properties:
The liposomes are very rich in essential fatty acids (linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid) and thoroughly penetrate the uppermost skin layer. They support prevention of blemished and inflamed skin, because the chemically bound linoleic acid is transformed to the anti-inflammatory 13-hydroxyoctadecadienoic acid (13-HODE).
Application:
Additive to the DMS®-base creams for the treatment of normal to oily skin as well as for blemished skin and cornification disorder prone skin. Activity and size of sebaceous glands are stabilized. The product can also be used for the rosacea prone skin; in this case it should be combined with Echinacea extract and Base Cream High Classic. Local skin treatment is gained by applying the pure concentrate.
